8mil (White) or 12mil(Colors) thick. Low tack adhesive will not harm cars finish. Comes off easily after a weekend and will not tear. Use to mount decals or cut your own numbers. 30"x24" Sheet

This material is excellent to work with. The included instructions are spot on for making the tackiness just right. It's great to achieve success where static cling just won't cut it.

Q:
What sort provision is there with the blank vinyl sheets for reuse? Simply put it back on the backing paper (which will be same size as the decal, probably)?

A:
Yes, keep the backing paper and put it back on there. Unless you have a vinyl cutting machine the backing will be cut the same size as what you cut out.
