ThreeBond supplies various formulations of their RTV to a majority of the OE auto manufacturers worldwide for use on their assembly lines. The Grey RTV product is specified in most service manuals by its part number, so you know it meets the specifications required by the big auto manufacturers. You have most likely used the ThreeBond Grey RTV already, you just didn’t know it. This is because they supply many different versions under many different names. But the ThreeBond brand name is always the newest formulation with the most updated technology which will meet or surpass the quality of the OE specified version.
A one-component, room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) sealant. A high viscosity product that cures when exposed to air. The cured material has superior adhesion and elongation properties. It is oxygen sensor safe and will not corrode metal surfaces.

| VEHICLE APPLICATION Recommended for all engine applications: - Sealant is compatible with all synthetic, synthetic blend, and mineral oils, as well as coolants including DEX-COOL®
- Assembly may be filled with oil or coolant immediately after applying the sealant and torquing all bolts
- Maximum working time of sealant is 20 minutes
- Sealant will fully cure in 24 hours

SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS
Surface should be free of residual fluids such as oil and coolant, as well as detergent residues. Joints should be closed within 20 minutes of sealant application. Final tightening should be done within one hour of sealant application and joint closure
